Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Hong Kong and Macau only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days within Hong Kong and Macau.

Shipping Fees We offer free shipping on all orders to Hong Kong and Macau. No minimum order amount is required.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
