Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Hong Kong and Macau only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
Delivery Time
Hong Kong Local Delivery
- Standard Shipping: HKD 30 | 3-4 business days
- Free shipping on orders over HKD 300
Macau Shipping
- Standard Shipping: MOP 80 | 4-5 business days
- ree shipping on orders over MOP 800
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
